The WoodApps project is organised into six interrelated work packages. The project is clearly structured, defining two routes - starting on the one hand from work package 1 "Business Optimisation" and on the other hand from work package 2 "Mobile Applications" – passing work package 3 “ICT-conditioning and conception” and ending up in work package 4 which contains the implementation of the pilot "Information and Communication Service Platform". Work package 5 and work package 6 - as mainly non-technical work packages - are integral parts of the research and development plan addressing dissemination, exploitation, networking and evaluation as well as project management issues.
